1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rinovalongevity.com, submitting a form, or participating in a RINOVA Longevity promotional offer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or submit a form.

2. Giveaway Rules & No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Florida, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Prize: Ten winners will each receive one free month of founding membership at RINOVA Longevity. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• How to Enter: Complete the entry form at rinovalongevity.com/founder with your full name, valid phone number, and email address, then confirm your email to complete eligibility.
• Alternate Entry: To request an alternate method of entry, email hello@rinovalongevity.com with “Giveaway Entry” in the subject line.
• Referral Bonus: Each verified entrant receives one base entry. One successful referral may add one bonus entry, for a maximum entry weight of two.
• Entry Limit: One entrant profile per person. Duplicate submissions recover the same referral link and do not create extra base entries.
• Winner Selection: Ten winners will be selected at random from eligible verified entries in May, one week before soft opening.
• Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3. SMS Messaging Consent

By checking the consent box and submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from RINOVA Longevity at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Messages may include giveaway entry confirmations, referral links, membership updates, grand opening announcements, and promotional communications.
• Up to 5 msgs/wk. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help or contact hello@rinovalongevity.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from RINOVA Longevity. These may include giveaway updates, referral links, membership information, and service announcements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
